I believe our community is what makes our school excellent. When I walk around the kindergarten, be it at 7:45am or 5pm at the end of the day, I see three things: passionate teachers, eager students, and caring parents.

Teachers go out of their way to provide lessons that are stimulating and interesting. In every class teachers use exciting hands-on games that include every child, the shy and the brave! I see teachers developing the children’s English skills through songs and conversation.

The children at the school show up excited and happy. They want to see their teachers, see their friends, and learn in the class. Their enthusiasm and uninhibited joy for novelty brings a smile to my face every day. They face each day excited and thirsty for knowledge.

Finally, families come to support the school. Parents, grandparents, aunties, and uncles come into the school every day. They not only encourage their children to be the best they can be, but they also encourage and support our teachers to try new lessons. I meet with parent leaders who inspire me with their ideas to enhance the children’s experience.

When parents, teachers, and students work together a strong community is created. I am proud to be a part of this community, and I hope you will be too.

Sincerely,

Andrew Gomez
